Milesight EM300-MLD LoRaWAN® Membrane Leakage Detection Sensor

The Milesight EM300-MLD LoRaWAN® Membrane Leakage Detection Sensor provides wide-area monitoring for water leaks, spills and floor wetness, helping organisations identify potential problems before they lead to costly damage.

Unlike conventional spot sensors, the EM300-MLD uses a 40 cm x 40 cm leakage-detecting membrane to monitor a broader surface area. The membrane can also be trimmed vertically to suit specific installations, making it suitable for use beneath appliances or across floors, roofs and ceilings.

Using LoRaWAN® connectivity, leak alerts and sensor data can be transmitted wirelessly to compatible gateways and monitoring platforms. Milesight D2D communication also allows supported devices to communicate directly for fast local responses.

The sensor can store up to 1,000 historical data records locally and supports data retransmission following temporary network interruptions.

With an IP67-rated enclosure and battery life of up to 10 years under specified operating conditions, the EM300-MLD is designed for dependable, low-maintenance leak monitoring across commercial and residential environments.
