What is Tosibox?
Tosibox products specialize in secure, user-friendly remote access solutions for industrial and commercial environments. They allow users to connect to devices and networks remotely, providing secure connectivity to various industrial equipment, IoT devices, and computer systems over the internet. Tosibox Nodes and keys enable easy setup and management of secure connections without requiring complex network configurations.
Tosibox Nodes
A Tosibox Nodes is a secure VPN (Virtual Private Network) device that acts as a gateway for remote access to connected devices and networks. Installed on-site, the Nodes connects to an internet router and establishes a secure, encrypted connection to allow authorized users to access industrial equipment, IoT devices, or computer systems remotely. The Nodes ensures secure communication by encrypting all data and verifying user identities.
The Tosibox Nodes is simple to set up with its Plug & Go™ technology, which allows users without advanced IT skills to establish secure remote connections quickly. It is especially valuable in industrial, energy, building automation, and other sectors that require dependable and secure remote management, as it eliminates the need for complex network configurations while maintaining high security.

Tosibox Keys
A physical USB or software-based digital key that provides secure remote access to Tosibox Nodes. Each Key is unique and tied to the user, allowing access to specific devices on a Tosibox network. Employees or technicians can use the Tosibox Key to securely connect to their devices from anywhere, with two-factor authentication ensuring access is restricted to authorized users only.

Getting Started with Tosibox
- Power on the Node: Plug the node into an outlet.
- Match the Key: Insert the key into the node’s USB port. Wait about 10 seconds, until the key’s LED turns off.
- Connect to the Internet: Attach an Ethernet cable with internet access to the node’s WAN port.
- Connect Devices: Plug wired devices into the LAN ports; connect wirelessly if supported.
- Install Key Software: Insert the matched key into your computer and install the software to monitor the node, manage Nodes and keys, and control connected devices.
- Following these steps will fully set up the node and allow you to manage connected devices.
