Milesight EM400-UDL (W050) Ultrasonic Distance/Level Sensor

The Milesight W050 LoRaWAN® Ultrasonic Distance and Level Sensor is designed for accurate non-contact measurement in demanding commercial and industrial environments. As part of the EM400-UDL Pro range, the W050 provides a measurement range of 30 to 500 cm, with 1 mm resolution and ±1% full-scale accuracy.

Using ultrasonic sensing technology, the W050 can monitor liquid levels and distances without making direct contact with the material being measured. This helps reduce contamination and makes the sensor suitable for applications including tank level monitoring, flood monitoring and industrial equipment measurement.

The sensor also incorporates temperature and tilt monitoring, helping identify changes in environmental conditions or device position. LoRaWAN® connectivity allows measurement data and alerts to be transmitted wirelessly to compatible gateways and IoT platforms for remote monitoring.

An IP67-rated enclosure protects the unit against dust and water, while replaceable high-capacity batteries can provide more than 10 years of operation under specified LoRaWAN® conditions.
