The Milesight WT303 LoRaWAN® Smart Fan Coil Thermostat provides intelligent climate control for commercial buildings, hotels and other environments using fan coil units. It is compatible with both 2-pipe and 4-pipe FCU systems, supporting 3-speed fans and 2-wire or 3-wire ON/OFF motorised valves.

The thermostat offers heating, cooling and ventilation modes, alongside Low, Medium, High and Auto fan settings. Built-in temperature and humidity sensors allow the WT303 to monitor indoor conditions while automatically managing climate settings to maintain a more comfortable environment.
Using LoRaWAN® connectivity, the WT303 can be integrated into wider building management and IoT systems for centralised monitoring and control. Milesight D2D communication also enables direct interaction with compatible sensors for faster local automation.
Up to eight scheduling plans with 16 configurable time slots each can be created, helping heating and cooling respond more closely to actual building usage. Additional features include open-window detection, freeze protection, threshold alerts and child locking.
A clear 2.7-inch E-ink display and physical controls provide straightforward local operation, making the WT303 a practical solution for smart HVAC management.
